We work hard to get your order packed, dispatched, and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

UK Shipping

We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Stickers & Cards: 2–7 business days

  • Prints, Mugs & Larger Items: 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • International Destinations: 7–21 business days

Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays outside of our control.

Tracking

Tracking availability varies depending on the shipping service selected and the product ordered.

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.

KEOLIX is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges incurred after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within:

  • 14 days (UK orders)

  • 30 days (International orders)

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage.

We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
